CrewWatch Gives You What You Need. Supercharge it with the FRA Module
1) What is FRA module for CrewWatch?
FRA module contains a bunch of reports which helps in retrieving the data which FRA is looking for during FRA audit. These reports give specific information on Drug and Alcohol testing conducted by the organization.
2) How can FRA module help an organization?
The biggest advantage of using FRA reports is getting away from paper reports. If they need a paper document, export to excel/pdf makes it easy. When FRA audits Drug and Alcohol testing practices in your organization, these reports provide an in-depth insight into past data collected in CrewWatch since FRA’s last audit with just the right amount of data.
3) What kind of reports does FRA module have?
Broadly speaking, we’ve 3 categories of reports,
1)Rule G observations: FRA requires to find the symptoms and observation of the employees to ensure they’re not under the influence of the drug and alcohol. Regulation requires that we make at least two observations per employee each year. The rule number for this is GTG01. FRA requires us to submit the number of observations for the previous year every March along with the MIS Report. During the FRA audit, we need to show the data was considered, for instance, donor, the person observed, observation type, test result, time and place of the observations.
2)TEY Random: This report displays all the TEY random tests in this view with selected and reconciliation options. Also provides an option to view the Train Crew Log, which validates the tested employees with the train crew log history with color coding indicator.
