TIMEclock™ is an app that allows your company to integrate backend time-to-gross system with a live clock in/out solution employees to use. Employees simply use their mobile phone/tablet or Kiosk devices to clock in and out from any location including job sites, shops, field location etc. TIMEclock™ collects employee time punches and then seamlessly uploads them to your backend Payroll system.
Employees enter their company authentication credentials on the mobile phone or swipe their badge on the company Kiosk to identify themselves. After authorization of employees, their Clock-In or Clock-Out punches, including a picture of the employee and the GPS location where the employee clocked in from, are sent to the Timesheet system.
The TIMEclock™ application stores the last logged in employee authentication details on the mobile device so that they can Clock-In and Clock-Out in the situations when there is no internet access on the device. When Internet connection becomes available, TIMEclock™ sends the clocks to the backend payroll system.
In situations where several employees of the same team/workgroup have to Clock In/Out at the same time, a supervisor can log into a mobile device and manually Clock-In/Out in batches.
